Good to know.

What is the difference between the plans?

Every plan runs the whole business: quotes, invoices, payments, clients, products, expenses and statistics. Solo is free, with no subscription: one person and a site on otus.page, with 1 % on its sales. Pro, 9 € a month, holds everything an independent needs: your own domain, no Otus fee, up to three people. Elite, 24 € a month, is for teams: up to ten people and more room.

Does Otus take a cut of my payments?

Never on your invoices or payment links. On sales made through your site, Otus takes 1 % on Solo and nothing on Pro and Elite. The card processor's usual fees apply, as everywhere.

Can I sell online with Otus?

Yes. Your site shows your catalogue with a cart and a checkout: Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, straight to your account. Each order becomes a paid invoice, and your stock follows.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, from Pro. Your site starts at yourname.otus.page; add your own domain whenever you like, Otus shows the record to create and takes care of the certificate.

Does Otus handle VAT and invoicing rules?

Yes: the right VAT mention for every client (standard rates, EU reverse charge, exports, the VAT franchise), documents numbered in order, legal details printed. French e-invoicing, due for small businesses in September 2027, is in preparation.

Is Otus really free?

Yes. Solo has no subscription and no time limit: quotes, invoices, payments, clients, products, expenses and a site that sells. Otus only takes 1 % on the sales made through your site; your invoices, payment links and transfers are never charged.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, under the GDPR. We never sell your data, and you can download all of it at any time, in open formats.

Can I leave with my data?

Yes, in one click from Settings: your clients, products, sales and expenses as spreadsheets (CSV), every document sent as PDF, and your files. Open formats, nothing held back.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes, from your settings, in a click. No commitment, no hidden fees.
